New to working with a web agency? Totally normal. Here's everything you'd ask a friend who happens to run one — in plain English.

Getting started

I've never had a real website before. Where do we even start?+

Easy — book a free 20-minute call (or just email us). We'll ask about:

  • Your business and goals
  • How customers find you today
  • Your budget and timeline

From there we recommend the right package: a simple landing page, a 5–7 page business site, or an ecommerce store. No tech jargon, no pressure.

Do I need to provide content (text, photos, logo) before we start?+

Not necessarily.

  • ✅ Already have a logo & brand colors? Great — we'll use them.
  • 🎨 No brand yet? Our Branding & Logo add-on covers it.
  • ✍️ No copy? Our All-Copy package includes competitor research, SEO keywords, and full website copywriting in your tone of voice.
How much input do I need to give during the build?+

About ~2 hours per week:

  1. A kickoff call (30 min)
  2. A mid-build review (45 min)
  3. A launch walkthrough (45 min)

We do the heavy lifting; you give direction and approve.

Pricing & payments

Are your prices really all-in? Any hidden fees?+

Yes, all-in. The price you see on our pricing page or quote calculator is what you pay.

The only extras are 3rd-party services you choose:

  • 🌐 Domain registration (~₱700/year)
  • ☁️ Hosting (if you don't pick our care plan)
  • 🔌 Premium apps or plugins
Can I pay in instalments?+

Yes. Pick the 'Monthly' option on any package — we split the build cost over 12 months and prepackage basic care plan free.

Great for SMEs who want to spread out cash flow.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept:

  • 🏦 Bank transfer — BPI, BDO, UnionBank
  • 📱 GCash & Maya
  • 💳 Credit/Debit card via Stripe

We invoice in Philippine Pesos.

Do you require a deposit?+

Yes — and how it works depends on your payment choice:

Full payment (one-time):

  1. ₱1,000 booking deposit to lock your slot (fully deductible)
  2. 50% on project start
  3. 50% on launch

Monthly plan:

  1. ₱1,000 booking deposit to lock your slot
  2. Your monthly subscription starts on project kickoff — and the ₱1,000 deposit is deducted from your first month, so you don't pay it twice.

All deposits are non-refundable once we've blocked off your slot, but they always count toward your build.

Why are your prices not the cheapest?+

By design. We're not the cheapest agency — we build websites that turn browsers into buyers and pay for themselves within months, not vanity templates that look pretty and convert at 0.4%.

Senior designers, conversion psychology, real engineering, and uncomfortable strategy conversations cost what they cost — and they're worth every peso.

Think of it as an investment, not an expense.

Timelines & process

How fast can you start?+

Immediately. As soon as project details are finalized and the ₱1,000 booking deposit is paid, we lock your slot and begin discovery within the same business day.

No waitlists, no delays.

How long until my site is live?+

Standard timelines:

  • 🚀 Landing page — 1–2 weeks
  • 🏢 Business site — 3–4 weeks
  • 🛒 Ecommerce — 4–6 weeks
  • ⚙️ Custom apps — scoped per project

Need it faster? Add Rush (+20%) and we cut timelines roughly in half.

What does the process look like?+

Six clear steps:

  1. Discovery call
  2. Quote + 50% deposit
  3. Design preview within 1 week
  4. Build & content load
  5. Your review + revisions
  6. Launch + 1-month free support

Simple and transparent.

How many revisions do I get?+

Included in every package:

  • ✏️ 2 rounds of design revisions
  • 🛠️ 2 rounds of build revisions

Beyond that we charge ₱1,500/hour for additional changes.

Hosting, domains & ownership

Where will my website live? Do I need to buy hosting?+

Two options:

  • 🟢 On a Care plan — hosting is included on our managed PH-optimized infrastructure.
  • 🔵 Otherwise — we'll recommend Hostinger PH, SiteGround, or Shopify (depending on your build).

Either way, you own the hosting account.

Do I own the website after launch?+

Yes — once the project is fully paid. After final payment you own:

  • 🌐 The domain
  • 💻 The website code we wrote for you
  • 🎨 The design files
  • 🔑 All accounts (hosting, CMS, analytics)

Caveat on plugins & themes: you own all free plugins and themes used on your site. Anything paid that's licensed under our developer/agency account (e.g. Elementor Pro, premium themes, or RW.'s in-house plugins) stays under our license — you can keep using it while you're on a Care plan, or buy your own license anytime to take it with you.

No vendor lock-in on the site itself — just standard licensing on paid third-party tools.

What if I want to leave you and work with another agency?+

Totally fine. Everything is on standard platforms (WordPress, Shopify, React) so any competent agency can pick it up.

We hand over admin access, credentials, and full documentation by email — no gatekeeping.

After launch

Will my website automatically get visitors or traffic after launching?+

No website automatically gets traffic just because it is live.

Launch gives you a professional destination — traffic comes from:

  • 🔍 SEO
  • 📢 Ads
  • 📱 Social content
  • 📧 Email
  • 🤝 Referrals & Google Business Profile

We set up the foundation at launch. Ongoing growth (SEO, ads, content) is handled if you're on one of our Care, SEO, or Growth plans — otherwise you can run it yourself or hire it out.

Will people automatically know about my website after launching?+

Not automatically.

Think of your website as your main sales office online — people still need directions to get there.

We help connect it to search engines, analytics, social links, and campaigns so you can actively send the right visitors to it.

Will my website be searchable on Google after launching?+

Not immediately — it takes time. Google needs to discover, crawl, and index your site before it shows up in search results.

Typical timeline:

  • 📅 1–2 weeks — first pages get indexed
  • 📅 1–3 months — most pages indexed, brand searches work
  • 📅 3–6+ months — meaningful rankings for competitive keywords

What we set up at launch to speed this up:

Google still decides when and how strongly to rank you — meaningful rankings require content, authority, and time.

Do I need ongoing maintenance, or is a launched site 'done'?+

A launched website is like a store, not a poster. It needs:

  • 🔄 Updates & backups
  • 🔒 Security checks
  • ✏️ Content changes
  • 📊 Performance monitoring

You can maintain it yourself after handoff, or choose a Care plan if you want us to handle it.

Do I own my website after you build it?+

Yes — after the project is fully paid. You own the website, content, accounts, and assets we create for you. We hand over admin access and full documentation by email so you're not locked into us.

Note: paid third-party plugins or themes licensed under our agency account (e.g. Elementor Pro, premium themes, RW.'s in-house plugins) remain on our license — only free plugins/themes transfer with you.

What's included in the free 1-month post-launch support?+

Real human help — not a ticketing system:

Training sessions and video walkthroughs for your team are included on higher-tier plans only.

Can you also run my Facebook & Google ads?+

Yes — ads management is part of our Care Scale plan, or we can scope it as a standalone retainer.

We focus on PH-targeted Meta and Google campaigns.
